Pharmaceutical Chemistry Laboratory-1 (Organic Chemistry)

Pharmaceutical Chemistry Laboratory is well equipped with all the apparatus and facilities required for performing practical of Pharmaceutical organic chemistry like Organic Qualitative Analysis, Estimation of Functional Groups and Organic Synthesis. Laboratory contains Fume Hood, Heating Mantles, Vacuum pump for filtration, Hot air oven, refrigerator required for practical. The gas cylinders are placed outside the laboratory ensuring the safety of students. Chemicals are stored under the supervision of laboratory assistant. Practicals of First year B.Pharm subject Pharmaceutical Organic Chemistry-I/II and Second year B.Pharm subject Pharmaceutical Organic Chemistry III/IV are conducted in this laboratory. Gas connection is provided in the laboratory and cylinder is kept outside the laboratory ensuring safety of students. Fire extinguisher is also placed in the laboratory.
